Facilities, Planning, and Operations

The Facilities, Planning, and Operations Department plans and coordinates the development of new construction, modernization and renovation of district facilities, manages the district's application process for state and federal facility funds, reviews demographic data for enrollment projections, evaluates attendance boundaries, administers the developer fee certification process and Community Facilities District formations. It also oversees the general obligation bond program, cash management and debt service program, as well as the departments listed below. Maintenance & Operations

The Maintenance & Operations Department is responsible for repairing and maintaining approximately 2.7 million square feet of classrooms and buildings

Purchasing

The Purchasing Department fulfills the District's fiduciary responsibility to oversee prudent expenditure of District funds.

Transportation

The Transportation Department provides safe and efficient transportation for students to and from school, activities, and athletics.
